PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Riverina Anglican College (TRAC) Stage 3 - Junior School

Plastamasta Wagga + Riverina Steel Frames are excited to share details of our recent collaborative project, the TRAC Stage 3 Project. This project was an opportunity to demonstrate the collective strength and synergy of our teams, alongside our partner companies, ICG Construction Group and ICG Fleming.

Our role in the project involved the supply and installation of both internal and external linings, and the construction of the light gauge steel structure. The steel structure, predominant in the building, was designed to integrate seamlessly with critical structural steel members. This process demanded meticulous precision to manage challenges like curved walls and shallow trusses while adhering to the architectural vision.

For the external finishes, we used James Hardie Exotec cladding, enhancing the overall architectural design while ensuring durability and easy maintenance. The internal finishes included standard and acoustic perforated plasterboard installation, as well as Autex acoustic linings, ensuring a balanced acoustic environment and improved aesthetic appeal.

Contributing to the project's collaborative efforts, our sister company, ICG Fleming, handled the hydraulic package. The TRAC Stage 3 Project's successful completion stands testament to our group's capacity to operate synergistically, combining our skills and expertise to deliver high-standard projects.

The project underscores our commitment to teamwork, quality, precision, and architectural integrity. We look forward to continuing our synergistic operations with our group companies, further demonstrating the collective capabilities of our group.
